The 2010 convention staff invites vendors to set up and sell inside or just outside of the Blue Ribbon Pavilion. Details and cost will be provided by the Vendor Chair, Emily Davis (
vendors@nss2010.com ). All sales at the convention must be from an approved location. Trunk sales are prohibited. Vendor selections are at the discretion of the Vendor Chair and Vice-Chair.
Items related to caving, geology, or other outdoor related activities may be sold or put up for consignment. If you have grotto or personal items that you would like to sell that do not require vendor space, please see information on the Caver Coop.
All Non-profit Groups, Conservancies and NSS Sections should contact the Vendor Chair for table space. A table will be provided in our display area for $7.00, chairs are $1.00. The space is free (You may bring your own table and chairs) but we will need to know you want to set up. No sales may occur at these tables, though memberships or donations are allowed. There have been occasional exceptions, so if you have any questions please inquire.
