The convention is during peak tourist season in VT, so we expect the hotels to get filled quickly, and not necessarily by cavers. The convention staff encourages participants to reserve rooms as far in advance as possible!

  • The facility has FREE tent camping.
    - Tent campers who wish to have power - 10.00 per day

  • There are plenty of RV Sites with power available. Costs are as follows:

    - 10.00 per day with no hook-ups
    - 30.00per day with water and power 
    - 40.00 per day with water, power, sewer
    - Dump on final day 15.00

    - Pop-up campers with no hook-ups are free

  • Handy's Extended Stay Suites next to Days Inn.    Owned by Days Inn,  all the same amenities, but these are suites.  Full separate bedroom and nice pull out couch in living room.  Full kitchen.

  • Doubletree Hotel Burlington - A block of rooms have been reserved for July 31, 2010 - August 8, 2010. The special room rate will be available until June 30th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.     There are a host of other hotels and motels in the Burlington area.  They are all further away from the convention site.   And even the motels run higher in price per room than the Days Inn.
